Shipping policy

We strive to ship out all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your payment with the exception of preorders (see policy below). On average, shipping is 5-10 business days depending on the delivery location. As this is an average, items may arrive sooner or later during busy periods such as Christmas.

Please note, the shipping days excludes any processing and handling times. The standard product processing and handling times will be 1-2 business days.

We recommend you place your order prior to December 5th if you would like your order to arrive before Christmas.

Please take the estimated shipping times into account before placing your order. 

Also note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary due to several factors such as delivery times, weather conditions, cross border importation, and items being held by the cross border agency. Once the products are shipped out and turned over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over the package, therefore, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.

We will provide free standard shipping for orders over $150 within Canada and US. We will charge shipping on all international orders upon checkout.

To determine the exact location of your order, please check the tracking number that was sent to your email address when we fulfilled and shipped your order or contact us at support@tpaigejewelry.com.

Duties and Taxes

The prices posted on our website do not include importation duties, taxes and shipping. You are responsible for paying for all these charges upon checkout and when the goods are imported to your country of destination.

Lost packages

Please ensure that you provide your complete and accurate address where the package will be shipped to upon checkout. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you omit certain parts of your address and the package was sent to a wrong address. So please double check your address and provide all relevant information to ensure you receive your package.

Preorder Shipping Policy

What is a Preorder?
Preorders allow you to reserve jewelry from our upcoming restocks or new launches before they’re available to ship. This helps us minimize waste and ensure every piece is made with intention and care.

Estimated Shipping Time
Preorder items typically ship within 2–4 weeks from the order date. This allows time for production, quality checks, and packaging. The estimated ship date will be listed on each product page. If any changes occur, we’ll notify you by email.

Combining Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we will ship the entire order once all items are ready. Want your in-stock pieces sooner? We recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your preorder ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your sparkle all the way to your doorstep.

Cancellations & Refunds
Preorders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final. Because these pieces are made-to-order or held just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

Delays
While we work hard to stay on schedule, slight delays can happen due to production timelines or shipping carrier issues. We appreciate your patience—your jewelry is worth the wait!
