We love bringing your vision to life with custom-made jewelry designed just for you. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your custom-made order.
What is a custom-made order?
A custom-made order is any jewelry piece that is created specifically to your request. This includes personalized items, specific sizing, style, metal and material choices, or any design variation listed on our website.
How it Works
1. Consultation
Fill out our “Custom Jewelry Order Request Form” and pay a non-refundable $50 deposit to begin the design and consultation process for custom orders. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your order. Your request will not be processed until the deposit is received. We will contact you to discuss your idea and clarify design details, materials, timeline, and pricing.
2. Design Approval
Once we finalize the design, you’ll receive a digital quote and mock-up (if applicable) for approval.
3. Payment
Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
4. Production
Custom orders take approximately 3 to 21 business days to complete, depending on complexity.
5. Shipping
Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped via the selected method at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information via email.
Shipping
All custom orders are shipped from our location. We ship both domestically and internationally. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on destination and custom delays, which are outside our control.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of custom pieces:
• All custom orders are final sale.
• We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on custom-made items.
• Please double-check all information (sizing, metals, style, length etc…) before submitting your order.
Changes After Ordering
Once production has started, no changes can be made to your order. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Repairs or Defects
If your custom piece arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within five days of delivery. Include a clear photo and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer a repair or replacement if appropriate.
Design Rights
We reserve the right to photograph and share custom designs on our website and social media unless requested otherwise. We also retain the rights to reproduce custom designs unless an exclusivity agreement is in place.
