Private Permanent Jewelry Event Terms and Conditions
1. Host’s Perks
We love celebrating our hosts! To thank you for opening your home and bringing your guests together, you’ll receive a FREE gold-filled or sterling silver bracelet of your choice (value up to $100).
Hosting a TPAIGE permanent jewelry private party allows your guests to sparkle and earns you a beautiful gift as the host.
2. Minimum Purchase Commitment
For each event, we require a minimum purchase commitment of 6 permanent jewelry pieces (bracelets, anklets, or necklaces).
3. Private Event Deposit / Reservation fee
• A deposit or reservation fee of $100 is required to secure your event date and time.
• The $100 deposit is refundable and is applied to the host purchase if the minimum pieces are met.
• The deposit is non-refundable if minimum purchase commitment is not met.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
• Notice Period: A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
• Forfeiture of Deposit: If proper notice is not given, the deposit is forfeited.
• Late Arrivals/No Shows: Significant late arrival of guests or hosts (e.g., more than 15 minutes late) without communication, may cause the event to be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
• If extreme weather or emergencies occur, rescheduling is allowed at our discretion.
5. Payment Policy
• Full payment for jewelry is due on the day of the event.
• Accepted payments: cash, credit, debit, and e-transfer.
• All sales are final.
6. Travel
• Within Saskatoon: FREE for parties of 6+ guests
• Outside Saskatoon: $0.75 per kilometre round trip
• Locations 60+ minutes away: Additional $25 travel surcharge
• Travel fees are due on the event day
7. Event Duration
• Standard events run 1 to 2 hours depending on guest count.
• Larger events (10+ guests) may require additional time.
8. What TPAIGE Jewelry must Provide
• Complete and hassle-free permanent jewelry setup
• 1 to 2 hours on-site permanent jewelry service
• Custom-fitted permanent jewelry designed per each guest request
• Host gift: a permanent jewelry bracelet, as a memento of the special moment celebrated
• Access to our chains and charms collection
• Safety welding glasses
• Payment terminal
• Warranty and care cards
• Permanent jewelry liability waivers
9. What Hosts must Provide
• Venue, décor, food and drinks for your guests
• A clean table/workspace (min. 4 ft.) and chairs for the permanent jewelry setup
• Area with bright lighting
• A standard power outlet
• Enough space for guests to browse and wait
• Easy access to parking and unloading
• Clean and safe environment
• Inform TPAIGE of house pets and secure pets prior to staff arrival at the event
10. What Guests must Provide
• Waiver requirement: All guests and host are required to sign a waiver of liability prior to the service. If the waiver is not signed, we reserve the right to cancel the service.
• All guests, including the host, acknowledges potential risks, including minor burns, skin irritation, or allergic reactions, and agree not to hold TPAIGE and its staff liable for adverse effects.
• Photography and Social Media Consent: With the host and guests’ consent, we may take and use photographs of the event for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website, advertising). You may opt out of this by letting TPAIGE know before the start of the event that no photography is allowed.
11. Age Policy and Minor Consent
Minor guests under 18 require a parent/guardian present to provide consent and sign the waiver.
12. Metal Allergies / Material Disclaimers
• Guests must verify material suitability.
• Reactions to metal are not grounds for refunds.
• We will provide material descriptions upon request.
• Guests must disclose any metal allergies or relevant medical conditions (e.g., pacemakers, which preclude the welding process) in advance.
13. Safety
• All guests must wear provided safety glasses during welds.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• The host is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for our staff during the event.
• Ensure all animals are put away in a separate room or enclosed area (not in close proximity with our staff) before staff arrives and for the duration of the event.
14. Re-weld and Warranty
• One free re-weld for breaks due to normal wear.
• Additional re-welding services may incur a small fee.
• Lost chains are not covered.
15. Wear and Tear
Jewelry is delicate and can stretch or break if caught on objects. TPAIGE Jewelry is not liable for lost, stretched, or snapped chains.
16. Removal
All guests and host are informed that the jewelry can be removed easily with scissors, ideally by cutting the small connecting jump ring to preserve the chain’s integrity.
17. Final Sale
All permanent jewelry sales are final!
